From the Editor, Summer 2017
I’m pleased to dedicate this editor’s letter to the artists and photographers who shared their work with us last year. For some, their art is inspired by illness, disease, or tragedy. For others, their purpose is to tell a story about a specific moment in time.
I hope you’re as moved by the images as I am. Those pictured in the collage to the right accompany pieces we published last year in literary reflections, fiction, CNF, and the editor’s letter. You can learn more about each artist or photographer at the end of the specific piece.
Want to share YOUR art with our readers? Check out our submission guidelines; we’d love to hear from you!
We’re taking a short break in July and August but will be back with your favorite magazine features in mid-September. Until then, take a walk through our archives. Since last fall, we’ve published work from more than 150 writers and 15 artists or photographers!
