As writer mamas, sometimes our job is to help our children learn to be good writers.  Sometimes it seems like the hardest thing to teach them is how to be ethical writers and avoid plagiarism.  Although this infographic is aimed at editors and not families, the Poynter Institute has put together a great explanation of what plagiarism is in all of its forms.  It’s a tool to use now that the school year has started and our kids are bringing home all those essay assignments.
