Women’s Memoir Retreat with Kate Hopper

By Blog Editor

Kate Hopper, author of Use Your Words: A Writing Guide for Mothers and Ready for Air: A Journey Through Premature Motherhood, and former Literary Reflections Editor at Literary Mama, is holding a writing retreat on Women’s Memoir at MISA (Madeline Island School of the Arts) in Wisconsin for writers of all levels.

Join this group of women writers and give yourself the space and time you need to dive into words. You’ll spend the week writing, sharing your writing, discussing challenges with craft, and connecting with other women who write memoir.

The group will study examples from successful memoirs, and Kate will provide individual feedback to each student.

Where: MISA – Madeline Island School of the Arts, La Pointe, WI
Dates: July 6-10, 2015
Cost: $575
