Allison Blevins, Poetry Editor, had three poems appear in the fall 2019 issue of Raleigh Review. She had poems appear in the December issues of Whale Road Review, Redheaded Stepchild, Mom Egg Review, and Anti-Herion Chic. She has poems forthcoming from Tinfish and The New Southern Fugitives. She also has poems forthcoming in the following anthologies, The Long Devotion: Poets Writing Motherhood; Unspoken: Writers on Infertility, Miscarriage, and Stillbirth; and Recasting Masculinity. She was nominated for the Best of the Net by the museum of americana and was a finalist for the Wicked Woman Prize from BrickHouse Books.

Senior Editor and Literary Reflections editor, Andrea Lani, was thrilled to have her essay “Faith in Seed,” about motherhood, hope, and chestnut blight, published in the current issue of Spire: The Maine Journal of Conservation and Sustainability.

In the past months, Senior Editor and Literary Reflections Editor Libby Maxey’s poems have appeared in SWWIM Every Day, in Mom Egg Review’s online MER Vox folio, and in Stoneboat’s tenth anniversary issue. She also contributed a poem to Look Again, Julie Lapping Rivera’s exhibit of woodcut portraits inspired by the New York Times’s “Overlooked” series. Her review of Abby E. Murray’s Hail and Farewell and her interview with Rebecca Hart Olander appeared in Literary Mama.

Felicity Landa, Co-Fiction Editor, graduated in December 2019 with her MFA in Fiction from UC Riverside Palm Desert. In January 2020 her short story “Today My Abuelitos Have Been Married Fifty Years” was published in The Sunlight Press, and her essay “Eating My One Year Old’s Leftover Smash Cake” was published in Capulet Mag. Her interview with Rene Denfeld was published in The Coachella Review on March 13th, 2020.

Senior Editor Christina Consolino’s manuscript, Rewrite the Stars, was named a finalist in the Ohio Writers Association Great Novel Contest 2020; her short story, “The Boy” was published by The Sunlight Press; and her interview of Camille-Yvette Welsh appeared in Literary Mama.

Kristen Mulrooney, Editorial Assistant, had two humor pieces published in McSweeney’s: “How to Buckle Your Baby into a Car Seat in 36 Easy Steps” and “Aww, Our Newborn Baby is So Beautiful… Right?” Her comedic guide “How to Write a Love Letter” was published in House Beautiful. In May, Kristen was named a finalist in the Slackjaw Humor Writing Challenge.
