Karen Arnold

As a literary gypsy, Karen Arnold has been Poet in Residence at Montpelier Cultural Arts Center, Laurel, MD; created and moderated veterans’ reading and discussion groups originated by Maryland Humanities; has taught at universities in the US, Sweden, and Norway; and taught creative writing workshops. She has an MA and PhD from the University of Maryland. Her chapbook, Looking for Disappearance, will be released in March 2023 by Finishing Line Press. Her poetry can be found in Border Crossings (chapbook 1997), Scarlet Leaf Review, Gyroscope, Carmina, Trajectory, Connecticut Review, Evening Street Press, Kerf, Vesper I, For Ukraine from Women of the World, and is upcoming in Farmer-ish.
