Carol Dunbar

Carol Dunbar is a vegetarian food writer and mother of two carnivores living off-grid in northern Wisconsin. Her work has appeared in The Midwest Prairie Review and The Thunderbird Review, and the anthologies Writer’s Read volume III, and The Heart of All That Is: Reflection on Home. She is seeking publication for her first novel, Heartwood.
