Co-Host, This Mama Is Lit! (she/her)

Sam Field is a poet, queer trauma therapist, and workshop facilitator whose work explores motherhood, identity, and the nervous system. She facilitates writing groups and creative spaces for individuals , and her current poetry manuscript traces her journey into parenthood. Sam believes deeply in the power of story to connect and heal, and she is honored to co-host This Mama Is Lit!.
