Tanya Ward Goodman

Tanya Ward Goodman is the author of the award-winning memoir, Leaving Tinkertown. Her essays and articles have appeared in numerous publications including The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, Luxe, Variable West, and Another Chicago Magazine. As a founding partner of Girl Group Enterprises, she co-created and facilitated arts-based social-emotional skills workshops for children and teens, and their parents and teachers. She is currently at work on a second memoir about mourning, motherhood, and the way travel cultivates a willing acceptance of uncertainty.
