Helen Scadding

Helen Scadding is a South Devon poet, recently selected as an emerging writer in the South West by Literature Works. She has been published in Raceme, Tears in the Fence, Artemis, Orbis, South, Typishly, Ink, Sweat & Tears, and in a number of anthologies. Her poem “Night Lights” was awarded 4th prize in 2022 by the Kent and Sussex Poetry Competition. Her debut pamphlet was commended in 2023 by Frosted Fire Firsts, and longlisted by Cinnamon Press and Dempsey and Windle. Two recent poems have been published as part of a collaborative project, Unearthing Dartmoor.
