Judith Sornberger

Judith Sornberger‘s most recent (of five) full-length poetry books is the ekphrastic collection Sorority of Stillness: A Gallery of Women in Art (Shanti Arts, 2025). Her six chapbooks include The Book of Muses (Finishing Line Press). She is a professor emerita of Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (Mansfield Campus) where she taught English, creative writing and, many decades ago, founded the Women’s Studies Program. She also teaches Tai Chi. She lives on the side of a mountain outside Wellsboro, PA.
