Meet the Intern!

Hello! My name is Isabella Vassallo, and I’m interning for Literary Mama this spring. I am from Rocky Hill, Connecticut and am currently a student at and on track to graduate this spring from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. I am majoring in English with a minor in Writing and Publishing. I am currently working for the school magazine, Blue Muse, as a writer, editor, and publisher alongside my fellow classmates. Outside of school, I work at a local coffee shop a few days each week, and in my downtime I enjoy reading. Whenever I get the chance, I also like to write and journal. I look forward to dedicating a part of my last semester to Literary Mama because I will be able to obtain more knowledge and experience on what it takes to be a publisher and work within a publishing company.
