Calls for Submissions Summer 2023

Welcome to our Calls for Submissions page. Here, we’ll feature new publication opportunities for all our Mama readers. Look for updated posts every other month.

Don’t see a favorite magazine? Some close submission windows during the summer months, so check back in the fall. The list below contains plenty of literary magazines that are accepting submissions this summer.

If there is a ❤️ next to a call, that means the magazine or press is specifically looking for mother writers. We ❤️ all our Mamas!

Literary Mama is always open for submissions. Please check out this page for more information on our submission process and editorial slant.
