Brianna Avenia-Tapper is a writer and mom with personal essays published or forthcoming in Tahoma Literary Review, Hobart, MuthaMagazine, and Pigeon Pages. She is currently revising her memoir-in-essays, Deciduata, about birth, control, and birth control. Formerly a teacher in the US, Russia, and Kazakhstan, she lives in NYC with her family.
