Rachel Epp Buller

Rachel Epp Buller is a feminist-art historian-printmaker-mama of three whose art and writing speak to these intersections. She is the editor of Reconciling Art and Mothering (Ashgate, 2012), Have Milk, Will Travel: Adventures in Breastfeeding (Demeter, 2013), and the co-editor, with Kerry Fast, of Mothering Mennonite (Demeter, 2013).
She holds a Ph.D. in art history and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Visual Arts and Design at Bethel College (Kansas). She was previously employed by the Spencer Museum of Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Akademie der Kuenste in Berlin. She is a regional coordinator for The Feminist Art Project and regularly curates exhibitions, particularly on themes of gender and mothering. Rachel is a former profiles editor for Literary Mama.
