Sharon G. Forman
Sharon Forman grew up in Norfolk, Virginia, but for 35 years has lived in New York where she is a reform rabbi, a mom of three, a wife, a bar and bat mitzvah tutor, and a retired little league carpool driver. She published The Baseball Haggadah: A Festival of Freedom and Springtime in 15 Innings, as well as essays and short stories on various platforms (including a New York Times’ “Tiny Love Story,” NextAvenue.org, JewishFiction.net, Mamalode, the Bitter Southerner, and Grown and Flown). Her short play, “Elisheva,” was a winner of the Jewish Theatre of Oklahoma’s Respect Diversity Foundation Playwriting Competition.
