Carmel Mawle
Carmel Mawle is a writer based in Northern Colorado Rockies. She leads a writing group for seniors and is involved with community wildfire mitigation. She and her husband are working to build a literary home for readings and workshops in the Rocky Mountains where writers can draw inspiration from the natural world. Twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize, her short stories, essays, and poetry have been published in literary journals and anthologies, including Smokelong Quarterly, KNOTS Literary Magazine and Mom Egg Review.
