Briana Meade grew up as a “third culture kid” in Chiang Mai, Thailand and currently lives in Raleigh, NC where she resides with her husband, two kids, and a golden retriever. By day, she is a medical policy writer. She has previously published non-fiction that appeared in Relief Journal. This is her first published poem.
