Lisa Romeo
Lisa Romeo‘s essays have appeared in the New York Times, O, The Oprah Magazine, Quay: A Journal of the Arts, and several anthologies, including Special Gifts: Women Writers on the Heartache, the Happiness and the Hope of Raising a Special Needs Child. Another poem was recently published in Bad Mother Chronicles, and another was included in the mixed-art exhibition, “Love Your Body” at the Salem College Fine Arts Center in October. Lisa lives in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, with her husband and two sons and is working toward an MFA degree in nonfiction in the Stonecoast program at the University of Southern Maine.
